Guest worker in Italy before traveling to Germany, 1960
On the exhibition grounds in Verona Italians are waiting to travel to Germany, here in front of the "Centro di Emigrazione". They are forwarded by the Italian Ministry of Labor to the commission of the Bundesagentur fuer Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency). The transfer costs of 60, -DM are borne by the German companies.
