A VW 1303 S is parked at the roadside. The VW Beetle 1303 S "gelb-schwarzer-Renner" ("yellow and black racer") was produced on the basis of the 1303 model in an edition of 3500 pieces. It was painted with a striking Saturn yellow varnish, and had a dull black engine and trunklids.
