Unveiling of a monument in East Prussia, 1913
Mayor Dr. Haberland unveils a statue of Elector Friedrich Wilhelm in August 1913 in Pillau in East Prussia, today Baltijsk in Northwest Russia. Among the spectators stand the officers of the garrison in front next to the honor guard.
