Protest für den Erhalt des Leinemasch in Hannover
Die Band Provinz spielt vor den Demonstrierenden. Am 01.10.2023 protestieren Tausende mit einer Demonstration für den Erhalt des Leinemasch, ein Waldstück, von dem 13 Hektar für den Ausbau des Südschnellwegs gerodet werden sollen. Am Rande besetzten Aktivist*innen von Ende Gelände die Baustelle der Bundesstraße. Seit einem Jahr ist dieses von Aktivist*innen besetzt, die sich mit Baumhäusern der Rodung entgegenstellen. - The music group Provinz sings for the demonstrators. On 01.10.2023 thousands protest for the preservation of the Leinemasch forest. A piece of forest from which 13 hectares are to be cleared for the expansion of the Südschnellweg. On the edge activists from Ende Gelaende occupied the construction site of the federal highway. For a year now, it has been occupied by activists who oppose the clearing with tree houses.
